conditions.

These terms govern your use of makerz.pro and the services Makerz provides, and a signed proposal or contract for a project overrides them where the two differ. Last updated: 1 November 2026.

1. Who we are and acceptance

Makerz Production House ("Makerz", "we") is a media production company in Sheikh Zayed, Giza, Egypt. By using our website or engaging us, you ("the Client") agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide creative and production services, including strategy and planning, video and photo production, post-production, content and social media work, brand identity and design, websites and app design, UGC and talent sourcing, and AI-assisted visuals. The exact deliverables, formats and dates of each project are listed in its written proposal.

3. Quotes and scope

  • A quote is valid for 14 days from its date.
  • Work starts when the Client accepts the quote in writing and pays the deposit.
  • Anything outside the agreed scope is a change request, quoted and approved before we start it.

4. Payment

  • A deposit of 50% confirms the booking. The balance is due on delivery or on the milestones in the quote.
  • Prices exclude VAT and other taxes unless the quote says otherwise.
  • Third-party costs, such as locations, talent, props and music licences, are billed as agreed in the quote.
  • Late invoices may pause the work. Final files are released after full payment.

5. Client responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide a clear brief, materials and access on time.
  • Give feedback and approvals within 3 working days.
  • Arrange access and permission for locations the Client controls.
  • Confirm it owns or may use everything it supplies, such as logos, text, music and product images.

6. Approvals and revisions

Each deliverable includes 2 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are quoted separately. Approvals count only when given in writing, including email or message. If the Client does not respond for more than 10 days, we may reschedule the project.

7. Scheduling and cancellation

  • A shoot can be rescheduled free of charge with more than 7 days' notice.
  • With less than 48 hours' notice, we may charge the booked costs and the day fee.
  • Cancelled projects are charged for work done and costs already committed.
  • Weather and events beyond our control do not make us liable. We will reschedule in good faith.

8. People, releases and locations

We obtain written releases from the people who appear in our productions. The Client tells us in advance about restrictions at its premises and about anyone who must not be filmed.

9. Intellectual property

  • After full payment, the Client receives the right to use the final deliverables for the purposes and period in the quote.
  • Makerz keeps ownership of raw footage, project files, templates and methods, unless the quote states otherwise.
  • Music, fonts, stock and talent are used under their own licences, with limits on period, region and media. Extending them costs extra.

10. Portfolio and credit

We may show finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels, and credit our team. If the Client wants us to wait or not to show a project, it must tell us in writing before delivery.

11. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the project, except where the law requires disclosure.

12. AI-assisted work

When we use AI tools for part of a deliverable, we say so in the proposal and a person reviews every output before delivery.

13. Results and third-party platforms

We do not guarantee views, followers, sales or advertising results. Social and advertising platforms apply their own rules, which can affect delivery and approval of content.

14. Liability

We provide our services with professional care. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Client paid for the affected deliverable, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Egyptian law does not allow us to limit.

15. Using the website

You may use makerz.pro for lawful purposes only. The site's content, logos and designs belong to Makerz or its licensors, and you may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

16. Ending the agreement

Either side may end a project in writing if the other breaches these terms and does not fix it within 7 days of notice. The Client then pays for work completed and costs committed up to that date.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will first try to settle any dispute in good faith. If that fails, the competent courts of Giza have jurisdiction.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. A signed contract is not changed by an update to this page.
